THE INVENTORY AND CHECK IN.
Conducted at the beginning of the tenancy, this inspection records the description and condition of a property and any and all contents in its entity.
THE CHECK OUT.
Conducted at the end of a tenancy, this report contains all changes to the property that occurred during the tenancy once compared with the condition recorded at the beginning of the tenancy.
THE MID-TENANCY INSPECTION.
Conducted during the tenancy, this inspection provides an accurate update of the condition and upkeep of the property during the tenants stay.
